We are a cab coordination service that helps connect passengers with independent, verified cab drivers. We help arrange your trip based on your requirement and cab availability – so you don’t have to stress about finding a good ride.

🔒 2. Your Safety is Important to Us

We work with drivers who share valid ID proofs, licenses, and vehicle documents. While we don’t conduct background checks at this stage, we ensure they meet the basic eligibility criteria and drive responsibly. Still, we encourage passengers to stay cautious and alert during the trip.

💼 3. Travel at Your Discretion

We strive to ensure every trip goes smoothly, but journeys always carry some risks, like unexpected vehicle issues, weather problems, or road conditions. We kindly inform you that we cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the trip.

🚫 4. We’re Not an Insurance Provider

Cabs & Trips does not offer or manage insurance coverage. Please be aware that we are not responsible for medical, accidental, or vehicle-related claims. If you’d like extra peace of mind, we recommend considering personal travel insurance.

🌧 5. Unforeseen Situations

Certain things like natural events, sudden illness, protests, or roadblocks are out of anyone’s control. In such rare cases, delays or cancellations may occur. We’ll always try to support you and reschedule if possible – but these situations are not covered under liability.

💰 6. Transparent Pricing – No Surprises!

Our fares are upfront and inclusive of GST, tolls, and driver charges – no hidden fees, ever. If you cancel a confirmed trip close to the start time (within 4 hours), the advance may not be refunded due to driver allocation. But we’ll always try to be fair.

🧳 7. Take Care of Your Belongings

Please ensure you collect all your items before exiting the cab. While we’ll do our best to assist, we’re not responsible for any loss or theft of personal items during or after the journey.

🤝 8. Respectful Experience for All

We request both passengers and drivers to maintain mutual respect and courtesy. Any unacceptable behavior may lead to cancellation of services.

📍 9. We’re Here to Help – But Not Liable

Cabs & Trips is a service bridge, not the cab operator. Our role ends at arranging the ride. The journey, once started, is between you and the driver. Therefore, we are not legally responsible for what happens during the trip, though we’re always ready to help if anything goes wrong.

All services are provided under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana, and any disputes will be subject to laws applicable therein.
